‘Father Figures’ New Trailer: Ed Helms and Owen Wilson are Bros on a Mission

The second trailer for Alcon Entertainment and Warner Bros Pictures’ Father Figures finds Ed Helms (The Hangover films) and Owen Wilson (Zoolander 2) on a mission to find their father. Directed by first-time feature film helmer Lawrence Sher, the comedy film also stars J.K. Simmons (Whiplash), Katt Williams, NFL Hall of Fame quarterback/actor Terry Bradshaw (Better Late Than Never), Ving Rhames (the Mission Impossible films), Harry Shearer (The Simpsons), June Squibb (Nebraska), Christopher Walken (Seven Psychopaths), and Glenn Close (Guardians of the Galaxy).

Office Christmas Party‘s Justin Malen wrote the script and Ivan Reitman, Ali Bell, Broderick Johnson, and Andrew A. Kosove produced. Tom Pollock, Scott Parish, Chris Cowles, Chris Fenton, and Timothy M. Bourne executive produced. Father Figures is set to open in theaters on December 22, 2017.

The Plot: Owen Wilson and Ed Helms are Kyle and Peter Reynolds, brothers whose eccentric mother raised them to believe their father had died when they were young. When they discover this to be a lie, they set out together to find their real father, and end up learning more about their mother than they probably ever wanted to know.
