Roadside Attractions and LD Entertainment have released a new teaser trailer for the romantic drama, Forever My Girl. The film’s based on the book by Heidi McLaughlin and was adapted for the screen by Bethan Ashton Wolf. Wolf also directed the dramatic movie starring Alex Roe (The 5th Wave), Jessica Rothe (La La Land), Abby Ryder Fortson (Togetherness), Travis Tritt (Brother’s Keeper), Judith Hoag, and John Benjamin Hickey.
The film features original Country music written by Brett Boyett. Forever My Girl is set to open in theaters on October 27, 2017.
The Plot: Forever My Girl tells the story of country music super-star Liam Page (Alex Roe) who left his bride, Josie (Jessica Rothe), at the altar choosing fame and fortune instead. However, Liam never got over Josie, his one true love, nor did he ever forget his Southern roots in the small community where he was born and raised. When he unexpectedly returns to his hometown for the funeral of his high school best friend, Liam is suddenly faced with the consequences of all that he left behind.
