Godzilla director Gareth Edwards says this film is one of those movies where “bigger is better,” and in this new IMAX featurette he explains why that’s the case. Because this version of Godzilla is 350′ tall, the IMAX screen is suited to handling this new creature feature which was digitally remastered for IMAX theaters using IMAX DMR® (Digital Re-mastering) technology.

Coming to theaters on May 16, 2014, Godzilla stars Bryan Cranston, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Ken Watanabe, and Elizabeth Olsen.

The Plot:

An epic rebirth to Toho’s iconic Godzilla, this spectacular adventure, from Warner Bros. Pictures and Legendary Pictures, pits the world’s most famous monster against malevolent creatures who, bolstered by humanity’s scientific arrogance, threaten our very existence.
