Reese Witherspoon plays a cop who has to protect the widow (Sofia Vergara) of a drug boss in Hot Pursuit, an action comedy from director Anna Fletcher (The Proposal) working from a script that’s credited to four writers: David Feeney, John Quaintance, Dana Fox, and Katherine Silberman. The cast of the MGM and New Line Cinema release also includes John Carroll Lynch and Rob Kazinsky.
Hot Pursuit opens in theaters on May 8, 2015.
