I Still Believe Trailer: Riverdale’s KJ Apa Goes Country

Riverdale’s KJ Apa stars in I Still Believe, an inspirational music-driven drama based on a true story. Lionsgate’s just released the official trailer for the 2020 release along with a poster and a batch of photos.

A word of warning: The two-minute trailer appears to give away much of the story, so watch at your own risk.

In addition to KJ Apa, the cast includes Britt Robertson (For the People), Gary Sinise (Criminal Minds: Beyond Borders), and Country music artist Shania Twain. Andrew Erwin and Jon Irwin directed from a script by Jon Irwin and Jon Gunn.

Lionsgate is planning a March 20, 2020 theatrical release.

The Plot:

“From the makers of I Can Only Imagine comes the true-life story of Christian music megastar Jeremy Camp (Apa). Jeremy’s remarkable journey of love and loss proves there is always hope in the midst of tragedy and that faith tested is the only faith worth sharing.”
