‘Imperium’ Trailer: Daniel Radcliffe Infiltrates a Right-Wing Hate Group

Lionsgate Premiere has released the official trailer for Imperium, a dramatic thriller based on real events. The film finds Daniel Radcliffe (currently in theaters starring in Swiss Army Man) playing an FBI agent who goes undercover to get close to leaders of a right-wing group. Written and directed by Daniel Ragussis, the cast also includes Toni Collette, Tracy Letts, Seth Numrich, Pawel Szajda, Devin Druid, Chris Sullivan, Nestor Carbonell, Burn Gorman, and Sam Trammell. The R-rated thriller will open in theaters and On Demand on August 19, 2016.

The Plot: Nate Foster (Daniel Radcliffe), a young, idealistic FBI agent, goes undercover to take down a radical right-wing terrorist group. The bright up-and-coming analyst must confront the challenge of sticking to a new identity while maintaining his real principles as he navigates the dangerous underworld of white supremacy.
