Director James Wan (the Saw films, Insidious, The Conjuring) is busy at work on his first big-budget action movie – Fast and Furious 7 – but he took the time to share this photo from the set. Posting the pic on Facebook, Wan said:
“my villain drives a nice set of wheels. #astonmartin”
It’s likely the villain Wan is referring to is Jason Statham, but details of the plot of the seventh film of the blockbuster franchise haven’t been released yet (even though Vin Diesel’s also been busy showing off photos from the set). Universal will launch Fast and Furious 7 in theaters on July 11, 2014.
