“One Shih Tzu…Seven Psychopaths”

CBS Films has unleashed the trailer for Seven Psychopaths, a bizarre comedy from the man behind one of my favorite films in recent years: In Bruges. Martin McDonagh wrote and directed Seven Psychopaths and reunites with his In Bruges star Colin Farrell for what looks to be a hilarious story about dog kidnappers who mistakenly piss off the mob.

The cast also includes Abbie Cornish, Olga Kurylenko, and Tom Waits. CBS Films is releasing the comedy on October 12, 2012.

The Plot:

Seven Psychopaths follows a struggling screenwriter (Colin Farrell) who inadvertently becomes entangled in the Los Angeles criminal underworld after his oddball friends (Christopher Walken and Sam Rockwell) kidnap a gangster’s (Woody Harrelson) beloved Shih Tzu.
