A new TV spot has been unveiled for Paul Thomas Anderson’s much-anticipated drama The Master starring Joaquin Phoenix, Amy Adams, and Philip Seymour Hoffman. The new clip – called “Truth” – finds Hoffman’s character claiming to have unlocked the source of all creation.
The Plot:
A 1950s-set drama centered on the relationship between a charismatic intellectual known as “the Master” whose faith-based organization begins to catch on in America, and a young drifter who becomes his right-hand man.
The Master hits theaters in limited release on September 14, 2012, expanding on September 21.
