Nicholas Hoult stars as R, a zombie with feelings, and Teresa Palmer plays Julie, the living, breathing human he falls in love with, in Warm Bodies. Based on the bestselling book by Isaac Marion, the PG-13 zombie romantic comedy is set to open in theaters on February 1, 2013.
Directed by Jonathan Levine, Warm Bodies also stars Rob Corddry as M, Cory Hardrict as Kevin, Dave Franco as Perry, and John Malkovich as General Grigio.
The Plot: After a zombie epidemic, R (a highly unusual zombie) encounters Julie (a human survivor), and rescues her from a zombie attack. Julie sees that R is different from the other zombies, and as the two form a special relationship in their struggle for survival, R becomes increasingly more human – setting off an exciting, romantic, and often comical chain of events that begins to transform the other zombies and maybe even the whole lifeless world.
