Brad Paisley Announces His 2018 Weekend Warrior World Tour Dates

Brad Paisley just announced the new 2018 dates of his Weekend Warrior World Tour. The Country music star will begin this new leg of his tour on January 25, 2018 in Los Angeles. The 26 date tour also San Antonio, Knoxville, Salt Lake City, and Little Rock, and, for now, will wrap up on April 26, 2018 in Lincoln, Nebraska at the Pinnacle Bank Arena. Paisley expects to add more dates to the 2018 tour.

Paisley will be joined on the 2018 tour by Dustin Lynch, Chase Bryant, and Lindsay Ell.

Brad Paisley’s won three Grammys, two American Music Awards, 14 Academy of Country Music Awards, and 14 Country Music Association Awards. Paisley released his 11th album, Love and War, on April 21, 2017, hitting the #1 spot on Billboard’s Top Country Albums chart. Love and War marks Paisley’s 9th consecutive studio album to hit the #1 spot upon its debut.

In addition to unveiling the new 2018 tour dates, the Concerts West/AEG Presents announcement offered background on Brad Paisley’s three supporting acts:

Details on Dustin Lynch: Since releasing his PLATINUM debut single, “Cowboys and Angels,” Lynch has been on a steady path toward superstardom with five consecutive #1s, three Top 5 albums, PLATINUM-level certifications and tours with the biggest names in Country music (Luke Bryan, Florida Georgia Line, and Brad Paisley). Racking up over 115 million views on YouTube/VEVO, scoring 250 million-plus streams on Spotify, soaring to #1 on the MTV Music Meter, and selling 3 million digital tracks, he brings a fresh combination of traditional influence and edgy intensity to the genre.

Following his sophomore album, Where It’s At (Broken Bow Records) – which debuted at #1 on the iTunes Country Albums Chart and has tallied over 1 million tracks sold to date – Lynch’s hotly-anticipated follow up, Current Mood, arrived September 8. Produced by Brent Anderson, Mickey Jack Cones, Ross Copperman, Zach Crowell, and Will Weatherly, the boldly adventurous project features the GOLD-certified, #1 singles “Seein’ Red” and “Small Town Boy,” and aims to push the envelope of Country music even further.

Chase Bryant Background: One of the most celebrated new artists in today’s country music landscape, 24-year-old Chase Bryant was raised in Orange Grove, TX (pop. 1,200). Bryant’s grandfather played piano for Roy Orbison and Waylon Jennings. His uncles co-founded the group Ricochet. Conway, Merle, Petty, Vince, Bob Wills, Steve Wariner, Bryan Adams and more were early influences as were records by Keith Urban, Sarah Buxton and Jedd Hughes. Bryant’s second consecutive hit “Little Bit of You” rose to #3 on the country radio charts. His guitar-wielding Top 10 debut single “Take It On Back” spent 15 consecutive weeks on the CMT Hot 20 Countdown, seven weeks on the GAC Top 20 Country Countdown, and was a Top 20 Most Watched Video on VEVO TV Nashville. Internationally, the single was a Top 20 hit in Canada and earned the #1 spot on Australia’s CMC Countdown.

Info on Lindsay Ell: Named one of The Huffington Post’s “Top Country Artists to Watch,” Lindsay Ell is a triple threat: accomplished musician, unique vocalist and songwriter. The Calgary native learned to play guitar while traveling with her father to country-bluegrass camps as a young girl. Ell honed her craft as a musical stylist and songwriter after being discovered by BTO and The Guess Who’s Randy Bachman (“American Woman” / “Taking Care of Business”) who discovered her at the age of 13. The multi-instrumentalist was soon touring alongside the likes of Luke Bryan, Buddy Guy, The Band Perry and Keith Urban, as well as wowing audiences as Carrie Underwood’s guitar player live on the “50th Annual CMA Awards” and holding her own alongside icon Melissa Etheridge on Skyville Live.

A 2016 CMT Music Award and multiple Canadian Country Music Award nominee, Ell exhilarated audiences from coast-to-coast as part of the 2016 CMT Next Women of Country Tour and Brad Paisley’s 2017 Weekend Warrior World Tour. Ell’s debut album The Project released on August 11 and debuted at No. 1 on the Nielsen Soundscan Current Country Albums Chart.
