Britney Spears performs during the opening night of her new Las Vegas residency, “Britney: Piece of Me,” at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino (Photo Credit: Denise Truscello) Britney Spears’ new Las Vegas extravaganza kicked off with sold-out shows, with the pop singer performing on opening night in front of celebs including Katy Perry, Miley Cyrus, Selena Gomez, Kellan Lutz, Sia, DJ Pauly D, Serena Williams, Adam Lambert, and Mario Lopez. Spears just began her two year run of “Britney: Piece of Me” at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino on December 28, 2013, performing 20+ songs including crowd favorites “Baby One More Time,” “Oops I Did It Again,” “Toxic,” “Circus,” “Womanizer” and “Slave 4 U.”
Britney’s show features a 4-piece band, 14 dancers, and state-of-the-art, never-before-seen technology (according to Planet Hollywood), and it’s the first show to be featured at the new The Axis Theater. Baz Halpin directs the stage show with The Squared Division choreographing and costumes designed by Marco Marco.
