Grammy winner Ozzy Osbourne confirmed he’ll be on the road beginning in May 2018 with his just-announced “No More Tours 2” tour. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee confirmed this will be his final tour while hosting a media event at his home in Los Angeles where he was joined by his band – Zakk Wylde (Guitar), Blasko (Bass), Tommy Clufetos (Drums) and Adam Wakeman (Keyboards).
The tour will kick off overseas and will hit cities including Madrid, Rio de Janeiro, Moscow, Paris, and Copenhagen. The overseas leg of the “No More Tours 2” begins in Mexico City on May 5, 2018 and wraps up on July 8th in Tel Aviv, Israel.
The North American leg begins on August 30 in Allentown, PA. Stops include Boston, Dallas, Albuquerque, Denver, San Diego, and Salt Lake City before finishing up on October 13 in Las Vegas, NV.
“I’ve been blessed with an amazing life,” said Osbourne. “I’m looking at this final tour as being a huge celebration for my fans and anyone who has enjoyed my music over the past five decades.”
Tickets will go on sale for some shows on Saturday, February 17 at 10am local time via LiveNation.com. The special Citi® cardmembers presale will begin on February 14 at 10am local time.
Per the Official Tour Announcement: “For the tour, Ozzy has teamed with the LOVE, HOPE, STRENGTH, FOUNDATION. At Love Hope Strength (LHS), their mission is to save lives, one concert at a time. We, along with Love Hope Strength, believe that all people deserve quality cancer care, a marrow donor if needed, and most importantly, hope. Founded by cancer survivors, LHS leverages the power of music to expand the marrow registry through THEIR “Get on the List” campaign. At LHS, they believe in offering real hope to people currently living with cancer.”
