Dave Matthews & Tim Reynolds, Sara Bareilles, Michael Franti, and The Fresh Beat Band have committed to performing at the Life is good Festival in Canton, Massachusetts in September. The festival is an annual event which raises funds for the nonprofit The Life is good Playmakers. The one-of-a-kind fundraising music festival helps “kids overcome poverty, violence and illness by harnessing the healing power of play.”
100% of the money raised is donated to the organization.

“We play, we dance, we make great music,” said Michael Franti. “Everyone who attends The Life is good Festival is all about spreading optimism and helping kids in need. I can’t think of anything more worthwhile than supporting Life is good’s annual fundraiser.”
Life is good has raised more than $8 million for kids in need, according to the organization.
