The auction for 2014 Screen Actors Guild red carpet bleacher seats is now open at sagawards.org/auction, running through January 7, 2014 at 9pm ET. This year’s auction for seats along the red carpet will benefit SAG Foundation’s Children’s Literacy and Emergency Assistance Programs.
More than 100 bleacher seats are available to movie and TV fans through the auction. Among the seats are Special VIP positions in the two front-rows across from the People.com platform, two across from the Associated Press platform, and two across from the photographers and fashion cameras, among others.
“The SAG Awards Red Carpet Bleacher Seats Auction and the entire auction series allow the SAG Foundation to provide award-winning children’s literacy programs as well as crucial assistance and educational programming for performers,” said SAG Foundation Board President JoBeth Williams. “We are incredibly grateful to the SAG Awards for its commitment to philanthropy and its support of the SAG Foundation for 20 years.”
The 20th Screen Actors Guild Awards will take place on Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Los Angeles Shrine Exposition Center. The awards show will air on TNT and TBS at 8pm ET/5pm PT. The show will also be viewable via a live stream on sagawards.tntdrama.com and tbs.com.
