The American Cinema Editors (ACE) have released their list of nominees for the 66th Annual ACE Eddie Awards which recognize the best in editing from 2015 films and TV. Star Wars: The Force Awakens failed to screen early enough for most voting groups, however with the late announcement of Eddie Awards nominations the blockbuster sci-fi film made the cut and received a Best Edited Feature Film (Dramatic) nomination. On the television side, AMC’s Better Call Saul received two nominations as did HBO’s Game of Thrones. Winners will be announced on January 29, 2016 at a ceremony in Beverly Hills.
