The CW made a huge announcement at the 2015 Winter TCA press event today, giving new season renewal orders to eight of its current shows. The CW President Mark Pedowitz confirmed Supernatural, Arrow, The Flash, Reign, The 100, Jane the Virgin, The Vampire Diaries, and The Originals will all be back for the 2015-2016 season, renewing all of the network’s scripted series for the upcoming primetime season.

“Each of these series have helped define what The CW is today, a network that is home to smart, provocative, quality programming, targeting a savvy adult audience,” stated Pedowitz. “By picking up these shows now, our executive producers can start planning next season’s storylines, and rolling these shows out throughout next season guarantees The CW will have more proven original series for our fall, midseason and summer 2016 line-ups.”

Supernatural will return for season 11, The Vampire Diaries received a seventh season order, Arrow earned its fourth season, while The Originals, Reign, and The 100 will all be back for third seasons. Newcomers Jane the Virgin and The Flash will return for second seasons.
