Paul Solet Set to Direct Dark Summer

Dark Summer Teaser PosterFilming will take place this fall on the horror thriller Dark Summer to be directed by Paul Solet (Grace). Mike Le wrote the script and Content Film will be handling international sales at Cannes.
 
Ross M. Dinerstein is producing with Content’s Jamie Carmichael executive producing.

We’re building a really first class business together, and Dark Summer looks like yet another great franchise starter.”
 
Content slate will also be working on distribution sales of The Pact 2, Mr Jones, The Machine, He Who Dares, Nothing Left to Fear, Outpost III: Rise of the Spetsnaz, Space Warriors, Crystal Fairy, and Concussion in Cannes.
 
The Dark Summer Plot:
 
A highly stylized modern ghost story, Dark Summer follows Daniel Williamson, a 17 year old on house arrest for the summer. With his mother away on business, a horrifying incident occurs, followed by an even more terrifying presence in the house.
