Marriage Story topped the list of 77th Annual Golden Globe Awards film nominees, with Chernobyl, The Crown, and Unbelievable scoring the most nods in television categories. Winners will be announced during the 2020 Golden Globes gala to be held on Sunday, January 5th and airing on NBC beginning at 5pm PT/8pm ET.

Marriage Story earned six nominations including Best Motion Picture – Drama but failed to score a nomination for the film’s director, Noah Baumbach. The Irishman and Once Upon a Time…in Hollywood were close on Marriage Story‘s heels, picking up five nominations. Joker and The Two Popes followed with four.

Chernobyl, The Crown, and Unbelievable‘s four nominations were just a step ahead of Barry, Big Little Lies, Fleabag, Fosse/Verdon, The Kominsky Method, The Morning Show, and Succession‘s three.
