Justin Bieber Continues to Have a Very Bad Month

Justin Bieber BelieveJustin Bieber’s having a horrible March 2013 thus far, almost entirely due to his own actions. First, he had a miserable 19th birthday in which his security people argued with a club’s security personnel causing the singer to leave his birthday celebration after five minutes because – according to various reports – they wouldn’t let in underage members of his entourage.

He followed that up by being between 40 minutes (his estimate) and two hours (the audiences’) late for a concert at 02 Arena on March 4th. Given the young age of his fans, many had to leave in order to make their bedtimes before the singer was even halfway into his delayed show.

A few nights later, Bieber had difficulty breathing on stage while performing and had to be treated backstage with oxygen before he could return to finish the concert. Footage of Bieber getting light-headed or whatever was captured by concertgoer Prithvi Pandya who told AP: “When he started ‘Beauty and a Beat’ you could see he was struggling. He took lots of drinks of water, that seemed unusual, and he was really sweaty, sweating a helluva lot.”

But Bieber’s March Madness continued after that when he and his bodyguards got into a scuffle with photographers.

And now Bieber’s cancelled one of the two shows he was expected to put on in Portugal. The cancellation was a business decision reportedly based on soft ticket sales, however the note on the venue’s official site said it was due to “unforeseen circumstances.” The note says:

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Justin Bieber was forced to cancel the second performance in Portugal, March 12. The Canadian singer is eager to play for the Portuguese fans on March 11.

Holders of valid tickets for March 12 should contact the respective place of purchase to receive a refund within 30 days from the date of the concert, which ends April 11.”
