Starz is in Development on Heartbeats

Hypnotic’s Doug Liman (director of The Bourne Identity, Mr & Mrs Smith) and Dave Bartis are teaming up with Starz to develop the dramedy series Heartbeats. Ben York Jones and Michael Mohan are writing the half-hour scripted series and will also serve as executive producers with Liman and Bartis.
 
The Plot:
 
Heartbeats is an intimate glimpse into the constantly intersecting and diverging lives of Bobby and Kristen; two down-to-Earth individuals who would be perfect for each other, if only they had met at a different time. Heartbeats will explore their story with an episode format that focuses alternatingly on Bobby and Kristen.
 
Liman’s TV credits include executive producing Covert Affairs, Suits, and The O.C..
