Bill Murray reunites with filmmaker Wes Anderson (The Life Aquatic, Rushmore, The Royal Tennenbaums, The Darjeeling Limited) for Moonrise Kingdom, coming to theaters on May 25th. And in support of the upcoming release, Murray takes viewers on a tour behind the scenes, as only Bill Murray can do.

The Plot:

Set on an island off the coast of New England in the summer of 1965, Moonrise Kingdom tells the story of two twelve-year-olds who fall in love, make a secret pact, and run away together into the wilderness. As various authorities try to hunt them down, a violent storm is brewing off-shore — and the peaceful island community is turned upside down in more ways than anyone can handle.

Bruce Willis plays the local sheriff. Edward Norton is a Khaki Scout troop leader. Bill Murray and Frances McDormand portray the young girl’s parents. The cast also includes Tilda Swinton, Jason Schwartzman, and Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward as the boy and girl.

Dancing with the Stars Reveals the Season 14 Winner

Peta Murgatroyd and Donald Driver win Dancing with the StarsSeason 14 of Dancing with the Stars wrapped up last night, with the final show of the season finding an audience large enough to overshadow American Idol‘s final performance episode. ABC’s DWTS produced viewer numbers large enough to make it the second biggest Tuesday of the 2011-2012 season. The showdown between Donald Driver & Peta Murgatroyd, William Levy & Cheryl Burke, and Katherine Jenkins & Mark Ballas drew 17.5 million viewers.

This season’s winner turned out to be the all-time leading receiver for the Green Bay Packers, Donald Driver. Driver and his partner Murgatroyd won the coveted Mirror Ball trophy, making Driver the third NFL star to emerge victorious in the celebrity dance competition. Driver follows in the footsteps of NFL stars Emmitt Smith and Hines Ward who also snagged Mirror Ball trophies after proving their fancy footwork wasn’t restricted to the gridiron.

“It took me 13 years to win the Super Bowl,” Driver stated in an interview with THR. “I’m just glad it took me one season to win the Mirror Ball.”

Matt Roberts is Leaving 3 Doors Down

3 Doors Down

Matt Roberts has announced he’ll be leaving 3 Doors Down after nearly two decades with the group as a founding member. Guitarist/back-up vocalist Roberts officially announced his decision to leave the band, citing health concerns – including a continuing circulation problem, which is only made worse by being on the road – as the reason.

‘Snow White and the Huntsman’ Trivia-Filled Trailer

Did you know Kristen Stewart accidentally punched Chris Hemsworth in the face during the filming of Snow White and the Huntsman? That fact, and a variety of other behind-the-scenes tidbits, are included in this trailer for the fantasy adventure film from Universal Pictures.

Set for release on June 1st, Snow White and the Huntsman also stars Charlize Theron and Sam Claflin, and is rated PG-13 for intense sequences of violence and action, and brief sensuality.

The Plot: In Snow White and the Huntsman, Stewart plays the only person in the land fairer than the evil queen (Theron) who is out to destroy her. But what the wicked ruler never imagined is that the one girl threatening her reign has been training in the art of war with a huntsman (Hemsworth) who was dispatched to kill her. Claflin plays the prince long enchanted by Snow White’s beauty and power.

Rules of Engagement Will Return Next Season

It took longer than expected, however fans who’ve been waiting anxiously to find out the fate of Rules of Engagement can breath a sigh of relief. CBS will be bringing back the sitcom for a seventh season. The Hollywood Reporter says CBS has ordered a 13 episode season #7 of Rules of Engagement starring David Spade, Patrick Warburton, Oliver Hudson, and Megyn Price.

The show started off strong last season with 11.5 million viewers but has lost 4 million viewers over the course of season six. Still, it’s a solid performer despite the fact the network has never settled on a permanent time slot but instead uses it to fill gaps when other shows don’t retain viewers.

CBS hasn’t indicated where they’ll plug Rules of Engagement into the 2012-2013 schedule, but we do know it’ll be a midseason debut.

‘Hatfields & McCoys’ Soundtrack Details – Featuring Kevin Costner

Hatfields and McCoys Soundtrack

Madison Gate Records just released the soundtrack to Hatfields & McCoys, the History Channel miniseries starring Kevin Costner as Devil Anse Hatfield and Bill Paxton as Randall McCoy. Costner and his band Modern West are featured on Famous For Killing Each Other: Music From and Inspired by Hatfields & McCoys, with Costner and his group also responsible for writing the songs and producing the album.

The album features the miniseries’ theme song, “I Know These Hills,” as well as 18 other songs.

According to Costner, the album is “a musical picture of time and place with original songs and instrumentals that we hope can transport you back in time and perhaps help you feel the excitement I felt while filming this epic story. We weren’t trying to specifically recreate the music of that era. We wanted to capture the heart and the soul of the families who were torn apart in the Hatfields and McCoys feud. Even though the musical soul of our album is centered in the hills of Appalachia, in the time right after the Civil War, the feelings we tried to portray are universal.”

Famous For Killing Each Other: Music From and Inspired by Hatfields & McCoys Track List:

1. Hammer And Guns
2. How Deep The Water Runs
3. Late Dobro
4. I Know These Hills (feat. Sara Beck)
5. River Runs Red
6. I Look To No One
7. Hypnotic Heartbeats
8. The Old Oak Tree
9. I Will Lay You Down
10. Night Riders (John Debney)
11. Oh, Malley-Mae (Lily Costner & Modern West)
12. Cold Dark Morning
13. Intense
14. Killing Season
15. Lillie Dreams
16. Famous For Killing Each Other
17. Peace In The Valley
18. Ominous
19. Devil’s A Long Way From Home

The Plot of Hatfields & McCoys:

It’s the true American story of a legendary family feud – one that spanned decades and nearly launched a war between Kentucky and West Virginia. Hatfields & McCoys, a new three-part, six-hour scripted miniseries, showcases an all-star cast led by Academy® Award winner Kevin Costner and Golden Globe® nominee Bill Paxton starring as “Devil Anse” Hatfield and Randall McCoy, respectively. The miniseries premieres on May 28, 29 and 30, at 9 p.m. on HISTORY.
