CBS’s Yellowstone spinoff Marshals focuses on John Dutton’s son, Kayce, now a member of the U.S. Marshals. The new primetime drama premieres on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at 8pm ET/PT.
“Episode 1 – Piya Wiconi” Plot: Kayce Dutton reunites with an old SEAL teammate and aids his Marshal unit in hunting down a bomber targeting Broken Rock Reservation. The trail leads to a dangerous encounter with an armed anti-government militia on the series premiere. Spencer Hudnut wrote the episode and Greg Yaitanes directs.
Luke Grimes reprises his role as Kayce Dutton, Logan Marshall-Green plays Pete Calvin, Arielle Kebbel is Belle Skinner, Ash Santos plays Andrea Cruz, and Tatanka Means is Miles Kittle. Brecken Merrill returns as Tate Dutton, Gil Birmingham reprises his role as Thomas Rainwater, and Mo Brings Plenty returns as Mo.
With the Yellowstone Ranch behind him, Dutton joins an elite unit of U.S. Marshals, combining his skills as a cowboy and Navy SEAL to bring range justice to Montana. Kayce and his teammates—Pete Calvin, Belle Skinner, Andrea Cruz, and Miles Kittle—must balance the high psychological cost of serving as the last line of defense in the region’s war on violence with their duty to their families, which for Kayce includes his son Tate and his confidants Thomas Rainwater and Mo from the Broken Rock reservation.
ABC’s 9-1-1: Nashville episode 11 teaser promises the episode will reveal new tragic details on Don’s backstory. Episode 11, “Don Begins,” will air on Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 9pm ET/PT.
“Don Begins” Plot: Flashbacks reveal how a devastating house fire reshaped Don’s life, along with how he later met Dixie and Blythe. Meanwhile, the 113 responds to a cyclist pinned against a tree after being hit by a car.

Disney+ dropped the first teaser for Descendants: Wicked Wonderland, the fifth entry in the popular music-driven fantasy franchise. The short teaser shows Red and Chloe placing the time-traveling watch in the Royal Vault. However, the watch isn’t necessarily safe since Maddox Hatter is hot on its trail.
Descendants: Wicked Wonderland is targeting a summer 2026 premiere.
Tamara Chestna, Dan Frey, and Ru Sommer wrote the script, and Kimmy Gatewood directs. Suzanne Todd and Gary Marsh serve as executive producers, and Emmy-winner Emilio Dosal is the choreographer.

A young man has the nerve to ask who Tommy Shelby is in the trailer for Netflix’s Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man. You’ve got to love the reaction of the men behind the bar who quickly take cover as soon as the question’s asked. Tommy has the perfect reply, “Perhaps someone should explain to him who I am.”
Oscar winner Cillian Murphy (Oppenheimer) reprises his role as Tommy Shelby, and Oscar nominee Barry Keoghan (The Banshees of Inisherin) plays his son, Duke. The cast includes Rebecca Ferguson (Dune), Oscar nominee Tim Roth (Reservoir Dogs), Sophie Rundle (After the Flood), Ned Dennehy (Culprits), and Packy Lee (Blue Lights). Netflix will release Peaky Blinders: The Immortal Man in limited theaters on March 6, 2026, followed by a streaming premiere on March 20.

HBO’s House of the Dragon season three teaser finds Rhaenyra being warned not to trust Alicent (obviously), Aemond confirming his brother has abdicated the throne, and Daemon declaring, “This is the moment you become queen.” And while all that’s going on, HBO tosses in battle scenes and plenty of dragon action.

Disney and Pixar’s Toy Story 5 official trailer sets the stage for a battle between classic toys and new tech. The two-minute trailer reunites Woody and Buzz as they battle Lilypad (voiced by Greta Lee) who’d like nothing more than to get rid of all the old-school toys.
Tom Hanks and Tim Allen return to lead the voice cast as Woody and Buzz Lightyear. Joan Cusack voices Jessie, Conan O’Brien is Smarty Pants, and Tony Hale voices Forky.
Toy Story 5 opens in theaters on June 19, 2026.

Season two of Prime Video’s critically acclaimed Jury Duty leaves the courthouse and heads to a secluded retreat. Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat will premiere with the release of the first three episodes on March 20, 2026. Two episodes follow on March 27, with the season wrapping up on April 3.
Jury Duty Presents: Company Retreat features the same setup as the first season: one member of the ensemble doesn’t know they’re starring in a TV series. The just-announced cast includes Alex Bonifer, Blair Beeken, Emily Pendergast, Erica Hernandez, Jerry Hauck, Jim A. Woods, LaNisa Renee Frederick, and Marc-Sully Saint-Fleur. Rachel Kaly, Rob Lathan, Ryan Perez, Stephanie Hodge, Warren Burke, and Wendy Braun round out the ensemble.

Glen Powell totally nails the charm factor, even when he is stepping into the shoes of a character who is not exactly a saint. In How to Make a Killing, Powell is so charismatic that you cannot help but cheer for his character as he navigates a series of murders, despite the fact his victims are more inconvenient than villainous.
Powell’s Becket Redfellow is a decent guy who, by virtue of his bloodlines, should have been raised in the lap of luxury. Instead, his mom chose love over wealth, leaving the cushy world of a NY mansion packed with servants for a cozy little place in New Jersey. After a heartbreaking turn of events, Becket’s left orphaned, but he’s got the silver lining of knowing that he’s still in line to inherit the Redfellow fortune. And that dangling possibility of unimaginable wealth drives Becket to take aim at the relatives ahead of him.
How to Make a Killing isn’t a whodunit. Becket “done it” and in fact, he’s already on death row when the film begins. With just four hours left before his execution, Becket chats with a priest, casually walking him (and the audience) through the wild series of events that led to him offing each of his relatives.
Writer-director John Patton Ford brought together a stellar cast, surrounding Powell with a talented ensemble to play Becket’s victims. Becket needs to knock off six entitled relatives on his way to the ultimate murder of the slimy family patriarch, played with a diabolic twinkle in his eye by Ed Harris. Ford’s script doesn’t linger long on any particular victim, with the exception of one who serves not only as a steppingstone toward the family fortune but also as the catalyst for finding Becket’s perfect match.
Becket’s relatives are a mix of obnoxious narcissists (played by Raff Law, Topher Grace, and Bianca Amato), an Elon Musk-type tech bro (Alexander Hanson), a pretentious artist (Zach Woods), and a remarkably decent man (Bill Camp) who is truly sorry for how Becket’s mom was treated by the family. However, it’s two women outside the family who mostly occupy Becket’s attention.
Becket grew up learning skills that would be helpful among the ultra-rich who shunned his mom. Mary (Nell Williams) put her son through classes that most kids of his socioeconomic background had no need for, aware that these talents would be necessary to navigate the upper echelons of the country club elite. The classes paid off in an unexpected way, with the young Becket making a connection with Julia. They reconnect as adults, and their complex relationship plays a pivotal role in just about everything Becket does.
Margaret Qualley plays Julia as a snake wrapped in gorgeous skin, a femme fatale who knows how and when to pull Becket’s strings. He’s not exactly her puppet, but he’s definitely puppet-adjacent.
The other woman is Ruth, the polar opposite of Julia in every conceivable way. Ruth, played by Jessica Henwick, is sweet and kind and couldn’t care less about the Redfellow family fortune. Those opposing forces represent the angel (Ruth) and the devil (Julia) sitting on Becket’s shoulders. Henwick and Qualley have decent chemistry with Powell on screen, but it’s not like a sparks-flying, can’t-live-without type of connection with either one. Still, it’s not hard to accept that Becket would be attracted to both Ruth and Julia for very different reasons.
How to Make a Killing‘s theatrical release couldn’t be better timed. Given the current news cycle, the uber-rich are incredibly unpopular with the public. It’s delicious to watch Becket take down people who believe they’re superior and untouchable because of their money. How to Make a Killing gives us permission to root for a character who crosses a line we can’t.
This darkly humorous thriller serves as an entertaining revenge tale, with Becket working his way through the family that dropkicked his mom to the curb. Becket believes money will make him happy and complete, and because that brass ring is just out of reach, he’s never satisfied with what he has. That unwavering focus is thanks to his mom’s mantra that he shouldn’t give up on what’s rightfully his. Well, that and the fact his moral compass isn’t just broken; it’s smashed to smithereens.
The murders are a little too simple, the FBI is portrayed as fairly inept (which fits with the 2026 release), and the final act feels rushed and a little too contrived. Yet, Powell powers through it all. How to Make a Killing is a fun enough diversion from reality, thanks to his performance. And right now, any distraction is welcome.

The trailer for New Line Cinema’s Lee Cronin’s The Mummy confirms this isn’t your parents’/grandparents’ mummy. No, this is an entirely different creature in a film that’s got a real Evil Dead vibe going on. Which makes sense since filmmaker Lee Cronin wrote and directed 2023’s Evil Dead Rise.
The new take on the classic horror story stars Jack Reynor (Midsommar), Laia Costa (The Wheel of Time), May Calamawy (Moon Knight), Natalie Grace (1923), and Veronica Falcón (Perry Mason).
“The young daughter of a journalist disappears into the desert without a trace—eight years later, the broken family is shocked when she is returned to them, as what should be a joyful reunion turns into a living nightmare,” reads Warner Bros Pictures’ synopsis.
James Wan, Jason Blum, and John Keville serve as producers, with Cronin, Michael Clear, Judson Scott, and Macdara Kelleher executive producing. Cronin’s behind-the-scenes team includes director of photography Dave Garbett, production designer Nick Bassett, editor Bryan Shaw, costume designer Joanna Eatwell, music by Stephen McKeon, and casting by Terri Taylor and Sarah Domeier Lindo.
Lee Cronin’s The Mummy will open in theaters and IMAX on April 17, 2026.
