Netflix just released a tantalizing teaser for the pivotal masquerade ball scene in the upcoming fourth season of Bridgerton. The one-minute teaser shows Benedict (Luke Thompson), the bachelor at the heart of this season, spotting the mysterious Lady in Silver (played by Yerin Ha) and being instantly taken with her as she stares in wonder at the chandelier.
The clip was released as part of Netflix’s upfront presentation, which included the good news that the popular series has been renewed for seasons five and six. The streamer also confirmed season four will premiere in 2026.
Season four regulars include Jonathan Bailey (Anthony Bridgerton), Victor Alli (Lord John Stirling), Adjoa Andoh (Lady Danbury), Julie Andrews (Lady Whistledown), Lorraine Ashbourne (Mrs. Varley), Masali Baduza (Michaela Stirling), and Nicola Coughlan (Penelope). Hannah Dodd (Francesca Stirling), Daniel Francis (Lord Marcus Anderson), Ruth Gemmell (Violet Bridgerton), Florence Hunt (Hyacinth Bridgerton), Martins Imhangbe (Will Mondrich), Claudia Jessie (Eloise Bridgerton), Luke Newton (Colin Bridgerton), and Golda Rosheuvel (Queen Charlotte) are also part of season four’s ensemble.
Newcomers include Michelle Mao (Rosamund Li), Isabella Wei (Posy Li), and Katie Leung (Araminta Gun). Rounding out the series regulars are Will Tilston (Gregory), Polly Walker (Portia Featherington), Emma Naomi (Alice Mondrich), and Hugh Sachs (Brimsley).
“The fourth season of Bridgerton turns its focus to bohemian second son Benedict (Thompson). Despite his elder and younger brothers both being happily married, Benedict is loath to settle down — until he meets a captivating Lady in Silver at his mother’s masquerade ball,” reads Netflix’s synopsis.
