USA Network announced the second season of Colony will premiere on Thursday, January 12, 2017 at 10pm ET/PT. The sci-fi drama is executive produced by Carlton Cuse (Lost, The Strain) and Ryan Condal (Hercules), and stars Josh Holloway and Sarah Wayne Callies.
The cast of season two also includes Tory Kittles, Peter Jacobson, Amanda Righetti, Jacob Buster, Isabella Crovetti-Cramp, Alex Neustaedter, and Adrian Pasdar. Tony Plana and Jessica Parker Kennedy are set to guest star.
The post-apocalyptic series also released details on the plot as well as an official trailer.
The Colony Season 2 Plot: Colony returns when alien intelligence are still in control of a near-future Los Angeles. In an effort to get their son back, Will (Josh Holloway) has been cooperating with the Collaborators and now knows about his wife Katie’s (Sarah Wayne Callies) alliance with the Resistance. With her secret out, and now finding themselves on opposite sides of the battle, have they jeopardized any hope of reuniting their family?
