Netflix Drops I Will Find You Trailer Starring Sam Worthington

Sam Worthington stars as a father serving time for the murder of his young son in Harlan Coben’s I Will Find You. The official trailer shows Worthington becoming convinced his child is still alive and breaking out of prison in a desperate attempt to find his son.

The eight-episode series also stars Britt Lower, Milo Ventimiglia, Logan Browning, Erin Richards, Chi McBride, and Jonathan Tucker. The lengthy list of guest stars includes Hugh Thompson, Peter Outerbridge, Christopher Redman, Eric Johnson, Greg Bryk, Kate Vernon, Tara Rosling, Darrin Baker, Aaron Ashmore, Nicola Correia-Damude, Rachel Wilson, Billy MacLellan, Clancy Brown, and Madeleine Stowe.

Netflix’s synopsis reads, “An innocent father serving life for the murder of his own son receives evidence that his child may still be alive—and must break out of prison to find out the truth.”

Commenting on the appeal of the project, Worthington told Tudum that he believes his character David’s journey is one of healing and hope. “It was the twists and turns of the story that appealed to me most,” stated Worthington.

Netflix has set a June 18, 2026 release date.

Robert Hull created the series and adapted Harlan Coben’s bestseller. Hull serves as showrunner and executive produces along with Coben, Bryan Wynbrandt, Steven Lilien,
John Weber and Brad Anderson. The season’s directed by Brad Anderson, Maja Vrvilo, Adam Davidson, and Maggie Kelly. In addition to Hull, the thriller’s written by Wynbrandt, Lilien, and Heather Mitchell.
