‘Legacies’ Season 1 Episode 11 Photos: “We’re Gonna Need a Spotlight” Preview and Plot

The CW’s Legacies season one episode 10 found Lizzie using wishes granted by a genie to get rid of Hope. When that didn’t work – Hope was still brought to the school by Alaric after a search for new students – Lizzie got rid of the school. That turned out to be the worst possible thing she could have wished for. By the end of the episode, the school – with Hope – was back to where it had been prior to Lizzie’s little wish excursion. However, Lizzie apparently will have lingering affects from her encounter with the genie.

Up next, season one episode 11 titled “We’re Gonna Need a Spotlight.” Airing February 21, 2019, the episode was directed by Barbara Brown from a script by Thomas Brandon and Penny Cox.

The season one cast includes Danielle Rose Russell as Hope, Matthew Davis as Alaric Saltzman, Jenny Boyd as Lizzie Saltzman, Kaylee Bryant as Josie Saltzman, Demetrius Bridges as Dorian, and Quincy Fouse as Milton Greasley/MG. Aria Shahghasemi is Landon Kirby and Peyton Alex Smith plays Rafael Waithe.

The “We’re Gonna Need A Spotlight” Plot – THE SALVATORE SCHOOL’S ANNUAL TALENT SHOW — When Alaric (Davis) decides to postpone the school’s annual talent show, Lizzie (Boyd) and Josie (Bryant) are determined to make sure the show goes on. Meanwhile, tensions arise when the students face a creature that lowers their inhibitions. Lastly, Alaric decides to play hooky with Emma (guest star Karan David).

The Season One Plot:

Will these young witches, vampires and werewolves become the heroes they want to be — or the villains they were born to be? As they fight to protect their secret, their town of Mystic Falls and eventually the world, they will have to rely on ancient folklore and tales to learn how to battle their far-reaching enemies.”
