‘Manhunt’ Episode 3 Preview: Clip, Photos, and Plot Details

Manhunt, Apple TV+’s engrossing tale of the hunt for Abraham Lincoln’s assassin, continues with episode three, “Let the Sheep Flee.” The sneak peek clip shows John Wilkes Booth, played by Anthony Boyle, anxious to get to Richmond.

“The hunt expands to Québec, where a nest of Confederate spies and expats reorganize. Booth is taken underground in Maryland,” reads Apple TV+’s episode three synopsis.

“Let the Sheep Flee” streams on March 22, 2024. New episodes arrive on Fridays through April 19th.

In addition to Boyle, the limited series’ cast includes Tobias Menzies (Outlander) as Lincoln’s right-hand man Edwin Stanton, Patton Oswalt (The Sandman) as Lafayette Baker, and Hamish Linklater (Midnight Mass) as President Abraham Lincoln. Lovie Simone (Greenleaf), Will Harrison (Daisy Jones & The Six), Brandon Flynn (13 Reasons Why), Damian O’Hare (Hatfields & McCoys), Glenn Morshower (The Resident), and Matt Walsh (Veep) also star.

Emmy, PGA, and WGA-nominated writer/producer Monica Beletsky (Fargo, Leftovers) created the series and serves as showrunner and executive producer. Additional executive producers include author Swanson, Layne Eskridge, Kate Barry, Michael Rotenberg, Richard Abate, Frank Smith, Carl Franklin, and Naia Cucukov.
