The CW’s Riverdale concludes its weirdest season to date, what with a teen-owned and run speakeasy, a cult that harvests organs, and Archie taking up a boxing career (don’t get me started on the whole Gargoyle King thing!), with season three episode 22. Airing on May 15, 2019, episode 22 was directed by Rachel Talalay from a script by Roberto Aguierra-Sacasa and Michael Grassi.
The cast of season three includes KJ Apa as Archie Andrews, Lili Reinhart as Betty Cooper, Camila Mendes as Veronica Lodge, and Cole Sprouse as Jughead Jones. Madelaine Petsch is Cheryl Blossom, Marisol Nichols is Hermione Lodge, Mӓdchen Amick is Alice Cooper, and Luke Perry is Fred Andrews. The third season also stars Ashleigh Murray as Josie McCoy, Casey Cott as Kevin Keller, Mark Consuelos as Hiram Lodge, Skeet Ulrich as FP Jones, Charles Melton as Reggie Mantle, and Vanessa Morgan as Toni Topaz.
“The Chapter Fifty-Seven: Survive the Night” Plot – THE FINAL QUEST — After receiving mysterious invitations, Archie (Apa), Betty (Reinhart), Veronica (Mendes) and Jughead (Sprouse) band together to confront the evils of their past once and for all. Meanwhile, chaos ensues at The Farm after Edgar (guest star Chad Michael Murray) makes a chilling announcement.
