‘SNL’ Offers a Twisted Take on ‘The Fault in Our Stars’

The October 4, 2014 episode of Saturday Night Live hosted by Sarah Silverman featured an Obama cold open, performances by Maroon 5, Silverman playing Joan Rivers in Heaven, and a sequel of sorts to The Fault in Our Stars. Instead of cancer, the teen leading lady suffers from Ebola which means that the guy who’s falling in love with her has some tough decisions to make when it comes to their relationship.
