Netflix just released the first eight minutes of Stranger Things season four volume one, providing fans a short sneak peek at what’s in store ahead of the season premiere planned for May 27, 2022. The eight-minute video begins with someone timing themselves while doing a crossword puzzle and then preparing for their day by shaving and donning a suit. The crossword puzzle fan turns out to be Dr. Brenner (Matthew Modine). The date: September 8, 1979. His place of work: Hawkins National Laboratories.
The first look at season four episode one was accompanied by the announcement the new season will be five hours longer than any previous season. Volume 1 debuts on May 27 with the release of episodes one through seven. Volume two follows on July 1st and includes episodes eight and nine.
Stranger Things season four stars Winona Ryder as Joyce Byers, David Harbour as Jim Hopper, Millie Bobby Brown as Eleven, Finn Wolfhard as Mike Wheeler, Gaten Matarazzo as Dustin Henderson, and Caleb McLaughlin as Lucas Sinclair.
