Shudder’s set a September 15, 2026 premiere date for season three of The Creep Tapes. The new season will kick off with two episodes, followed by new episodes of the six-episode season on Tuesdays on Shudder and AMC+.
Mark Duplass returns to star and serves as co-writer and executive producer along with Patrick Brice. Announced guest stars include Kate Siegel (Carrie), Nic Hamilton (IT), and Elliott Fulham (Terrifier 2, Terrifier 3). Duplass’ daughter, Ora (Coven Academy), guest stars in a throwback episode.
Shudder’s synopsis reads, “Season three continues to expose a collection of video tapes from the secret vault of the world’s deadliest and most socially uncomfortable serial killer (Duplass). Unfortunately, as the tape rolls, the killer’s questionable intentions surface with his increasingly odd behavior and the victims will learn they may have made a deadly mistake.”
Mel Eslyn, Jay Duplass, and Chris Donlon also serve as executive producers, and John Baker is a producer. The series is produced by Duplass Brothers Productions and Shudder.
The popular horror series is based on 2014’s Creep and 2017’s Creep 2. The Creep Tapes premiered in November 2024. Season two, which sits at 100% fresh on Rotten Tomatoes, followed in November 2025.
