Watson works on the strange case of a young woman who looks like a kid on CBS’s Watson season two episode three. Tika Sumpter is back as Laila and Noah Mills guest stars on episode three, “Expletive Deleted,” airing on Monday, October 27, 2025 at 10pm ET/PT.
Morris Chestnut leads the cast as Dr. John Watson, Eve Harlow stars as Dr. Ingrid Derian, and Peter Mark Kendall returns as Dr. Stephens Croft and Dr. Adam Croft. Ritchie Coster plays Shinwell Johnson, Inga Schlingmann is Dr. Sasha Lubbock, and Rochelle Aytes is Dr. Mary Morstan.
“Expletive Deleted” Plot: Watson and the team work alongside Laila to help a patient named Maxine, who is 30 years old but looks 10 years old. Meanwhile, Watson convinces Laila that he is serious about their relationship and Ingrid is struggling to ingratiate herself back at work as a hot newcomer (Mills) joins her therapy group.
