TNT LogoIt doesn’t have a title yet but it does have a pilot order. TNT’s prepping an untitled bounty hunter dramatic series set to star Geena Davis and inspired by the real story of Mackenzie Green. Dean Devlin’s been tapped to direct the pilot and is also serving as an executive producer along with writers Scott Prendergast and Amy Berg (Devlin and Berg are the showrunners).

According to TNT, Davis will be playing an “unconventional bail bondswoman and bounty hunter whose eccentric personality and unusual tactics give her an advantage in a tough and unpredictable business.”

The rest of the cast hasn’t been announced and TNT hasn’t revealed when they expect the drama to air.

Davis’ credits include Accidents Happen, the Stuart Little film series, The Long Kiss Goodnight, Speechless, A League of Their Own, and Thelma and Louise. She also starred in the 2005 – 2006 TV series Commander in Chief.
