NBC’s Grimm is coming to an end after six seasons and unfortunately so is the annual Grimm Gala. The final fundraising event to benefit the Grimmster Endowment supporting OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital will take place on January 28, 2017 and is once again underwritten by Comcast and NBCUniversal. Grimm cast and crew members will be in attendance at the sold-out event which raises funds to help support “uncompensated care, travel, lodging, and other services integral to the care and comfort of OHSU Doernbecher’s patients and families in need.”

The Grimmster Endowment and the Grimm Gala are the brainchild of Grimm star Sasha Roiz (‘Sean Renard’). “As this is our final season of Grimm, I have extraordinary expectations for this year’s Gala,” stated Roiz. “We plan to leave the Grimmster Endowment well financed, as a lasting gift to the children and families of Oregon for their warm welcome over the past six years.”

The Grimm Gala serves as a way to give back to the community for its support of the Grimm cast and crew. Last year’s gala raised more than $386,000. “It has been an honor to present the ‘Grimm Gala’ and contribute to such a worthy cause. On behalf of the 2,000 Comcast employees who call Oregon/SW Washington home, we will continue to invest in the communities we serve,” said Gala host and Comcast’s Regional Senior Vice-President Rodrigo Lopez.

The 2017 event will include an auction featuring limited edition Nike shoes and outerwear created specifically for the Grimm Gala. For more info on the event, visit GrimmGala.org

The final season of Grimm is currently airing on Fridays at 8pm ET/PT. The cast includes David Giuntoli as Nick Burkhardt, Sasha Roiz as Renard, Silas Weir Mitchell as Monroe, Bree Turner as Rosalee, Bitsie Tulloch as Juliette/Eve, Reggie Lee as Sgt. Wu, Russell Hornsby as Hank, and Claire Coffee as Adalind.
