‘Avengers: Endgame’ Full Trailer: The Remaining Avengers Assemble

Disney and Marvel have finally released the full two and a half minute trailer for Avengers: Endgame. The film marks the conclusion to the current phase of films from the Marvel Cinematic Universe, a phase that includes 22 feature films.

The trailer confirms the return of Avengers stars Robert Downey Jr as Tony Stark/Iron Man, Chris Evans as Steve Rogers/Captain America, Jeremy Renner as Clint Barton/Hawkeye, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/The Hulk, Scarlett Johansson as Natasha Romanoff/Black Widow, Paul Rudd as Scott Lang/Ant-Man, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Karen Gillan as Nebula, and Don Cheadle as James Rhodes/War Machine.

“Even if there’s a small chance, we owe this to everyone who’s not in this room to try,” says Scarlett Johansson, voice catching. “We will – whatever it takes,” replies Chris Evans.

The end of the trailer features Chris Hemsworth as Thor calling for Mjolnir. Captain Marvel (Brie Larson) doesn’t flinch as it flies within inches of her head. “I like this one,” concedes Thor after the brief display of bravery.

The Marvel Studios film was directed by Joe and Anthony Russo, the team behind Captain America: Winter Soldier, Captain America: Civil War, and Avengers: Infinity War. Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely, writers of all three Captain America films and Infinity War, wrote the Endgame script. Kevin Feige produced Avengers: Endgame. Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Michael Grillo, Trinh Tran, Jon Favreau and Stan Lee served as executive producers.

Marvel Studios will release Avengers: Endgame in theaters on April 26, 2019.

The Plot:

“The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, Avengers: Endgame.”
