Robert Pattinson’s having an incredible year. Pattinson’s earned high praise for his performances in The Drama opposite Zendaya and as the creepy Antinous in Christopher Nolan’s The Odyssey. And the official trailer for A24’s Primetime seems to confirm his streak of 2026 award-worthy performances will continue.
Merritt Wever (The Bombing of Pan Am 103), Skyler Gisondo (Superman), Phoebe Bridgers (I Saw the TV Glow), Matthew Maher (The Bride!), and Bokeem Woodbine (Government Cheese) also star. Documentarian Lance Oppenheim (Ren Faire, Some Kind of Heaven) makes his narrative feature film directorial debut with Primetime, which will have its world premiere in competition at the prestigious Venice International Film Festival.
