‘Scream VI’ Super Bowl Trailer and 3D Fan Event Details

The Scream VI Super Bowl trailer shows off more intense footage and reveals more of the Ghostface Killer’s shrine. Plus, it teases the potential victims’ plans to lure the killer in and execute him.

The Big Game spot also advertises that tickets are now on sale ahead of the film’s March 10, 2023 release in theaters.

For Scream fans who don’t want to wait until March 10th, Paramount Pictures and Spyglass are hosting a special 3D Fan Event taking place on Thursday, March 9, 2023. The sixth entry in the franchise marks the first to be released in 3D, and the fan event will feature special content created just for the special screening.

Scream fans are among the most loyal and passionate out there, and we couldn’t be more excited to bring them this latest terrifying chapter like never before, in a visceral 3D format,” stated Paramount Pictures President of Domestic Distribution Chris Aronson. “In this iteration, the Scream universe moves beyond Woodsboro and into New York City, and the Big Apple called for even bigger scares, surprises, and frightening turns. We can’t wait for fans to see what Ghostface has in store for them this time.”

Melissa Barrera (“Sam Carpenter”), Jasmin Savoy Brown (“Mindy Meeks-Martin”), Mason Gooding (“Chad Meeks-Martin”), Jenna Ortega (“Tara Carpenter”), Hayden Panettiere (“Kirby Reed”), and original Scream star Courteney Cox (“Gale Weathers”) return for the latest entry in the franchise. Newbies include Jack Champion, Henry Czerny, Liana Liberato, Dermot Mulroney, Devyn Nekoda, Tony Revolori, Josh Segarra, and Samara Weaving.

Directed by Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, Scream 6 picks up as the four survivors of the most recent Ghostface killings leave Woodsboro to start a fresh chapter.

James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick wrote the screenplay, based on characters created by Kevin Williamson. William Sherak, James Vanderbilt, and Paul Neinstein serve as producers, with Williamson, Chad Villella, Gary Barber, Peter Oillataguerre, Courteney Cox, Ron Lynch, Cathy Konrad, and Marianne Maddalena executive producing.
