Scorpion star Katharine McPhee, Maz Jobrani of Superior Donuts, and New York Giants wide receiver Brandon Marshall have signed on to judge CBS’s MVP: Most Valuable Performer special. The talent competition will feature NFL players showing off their skills that have nothing to do with football. The one-hour interactive live special will be hosted by LL Cool J and is set to air on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 8pm ET/PT (tape delayed on the West Coast).

Sharon Osbourne (The Talk) will be on hand to help mentor the NFL players “to ensure the transition from pro athlete to star performer goes off without a hitch,” per CBS.

The MVP: Most Valuable Performer Details: During the special, NFL players will showcase their off-the-field talents, such as singing, playing instruments, dancing, and more, live from the Avalon Hollywood. Then, the three judges will draw upon their unique backgrounds in musical theater, acting, hosting and sports to evaluate their performances and each choose one player to advance to the final three. During the broadcast, viewers can vote from the final three at www.cbs.com/shows/most-valuable-performer with the MVP: Most Valuable Performer winner revealed live.
