20th Century Fox has just launched a new contest on Tumblr in support of the much-anticipated release of The Fault in Our Stars. If your state gets the most votes, then cast members Shailene Woodley, Ansel Elgort, Nat Wolff, and John Green could be showing up to promote the movie.
Voting ends on April 25, 2014 and is super simple. Find the GIF that looks like the outline of your state and click on it. Reblog it and convince others from your state to do the same. According to the official rules, “each note on Tumblr equals one vote for that state.”
The Plot:

How do you follow up winning the Super Bowl commercial contest? If you’re the Herbert Brothers, you start your own advertising agency and then have your story featured as a docuseries on A&E. The network’s announced they’ve greenlit The Herbert Brothers (that title may change), a half hour show about the five brothers who founded an ad agency after creating the winning “Doritos Crash the Super Bowl” commercial. A&E announced filming will begin immediately and the eight episode docuseries will air this summer.
The Plot:
Down in Batesville, Indiana, there’s a family that runs the number one ad agency in town. Sure, the population is only 6,508, and they’re self-proclaimed “nobodies from nowhere.” But the Herbert brothers made advertising history when their homemade commercial won the “Doritos Crash the Super Bowl” contest and ranked #1 on the USA Today ad meter. They were up against the best and brightest advertising minds on Madison Avenue. And they won.
The Herbert Brothers took their $1,000,000 winnings, established an advertising agency and continued developing commercials for major companies like Pepsi, Go Daddy and Shasta, to name a few. The five brothers still live and work in their idyllic hometown and enlist help from the locals; their friends act, mom caters, dad builds sets and neighbors help script.

Lee Brice, Tim McGraw, Brad Paisley, Darius Rucker, Rascal Flatts, and Dierks Bentley with Sheryl Crow have joined the lineup of the star-studded Country music-filled event taking place on April 6, 2014 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas. They’ll be joining previously announced performers Jason Aldean, Blake Shelton, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Brett Eldredge, Hunter Hayes, Miranda Lambert, Toby Keith, Justin Moore, Kip Moore, Shakira, George Strait, Keith Urban, The Band Perry, Florida Georgia Line, and Lady Antebellum with Stevie Nicks.

Wil Wheaton will be hosting a half-hour weekly comedy series on Syfy tentatively titled The Wil Wheaton Project. The network’s greenlit a 12 episode season one run that will kick off on May 27, 2014 at 10pm ET/PT.

Mila Kunis will be presenting the honor to her Jupiter Ascending co-star during the awards show hosted for the first time by Conan O’Brien.
According to MTV’s official announcement, Tatum is the first male to earn the Trailblazer award which makes him a trailblazing Trailblazer. Emma Watson and Emma Stone have also won the title of Trailblazer.
“Channing Tatum is the quintessential leading man for the MTV audience,” said Stephen Friedman, President of MTV. “He proves that an action hero can have both a quick wit and a large heart. Whether he’s baring his soul in The Vow, his chest in Magic Mike, or his humor in 21 Jump Street, Channing proves that by committing everything, you can accomplish anything.”
Tatum will be seen later this year in the 21 Jump Street sequel, 22 Jump Street, as well as Foxcatcher with Steve Carrell and Jupiter Ascending. He’s also busy preparing for the Magic Mike sequel.

AOL and Buscemi are collaborating on the online series which will premiere soon and will find Buscemi (Boardwalk Empire) hitting the streets of New York as he tries to capture the spirit of The Big Apple. Filming will begin this month in NYC.
“Having lived and worked in New York my whole life, I’m ready to take advantage of all it has to offer,” said Buscemi. “I just need to lay down for five minutes.”

The Plot:
Through unscripted moments and conversations with average New Yorkers – as well as Steve’s celebrity friends – Buscemi takes viewers on a first-hand misadventure. Discussing everything from pop culture to current events, the show, produced by Olive Productions and RadicalMedia, will convey Steve’s relationship with New York and its array of one-of-a-kind characters – taking viewers beyond mere interviews and involving them in his daily life.
Another Coppola steps behind the camera for the coming-of-age high school tale Palo Alto. Following in the footsteps of her grandfather Francis Ford Coppola and aunt Sofia comes Gia Coppola, daughter of Francis’ son Gian-Carlo (who passed away at age 22). Gia not only makes her feature film directorial debut with Palo Alto but also adapted James Franco’s book of short stories for the screen.
Tribeca Film will release Palo Alto in theaters on May 9, 2014. The cast includes James Franco, Emma Roberts, Zoe Levin, Jack Kilmer, Claudia Levy, Chris Messina, and Val Kilmer.
The Plot:
Shy, sensitive April (Roberts) is the class virgin – a popular soccer player and frequent babysitter for her single-dad coach, Mr. B. (Franco). Teddy (Jack Kilmer) is an introspective artist whose best friend and sidekick Fred is an unpredictable live wire with few filters or boundaries. While April negotiates a dangerous affair with Mr. B., and Teddy performs community service for a DUI – secretly carrying a torch for April, who may or may not share his affection – Fred seduces Emily (Levin), a promiscuous loner who seeks validation through sexual encounters.
One high-school party bleeds into another as April and Teddy finally acknowledge their mutual affection, and Fred’s escalating recklessness spirals into chaos.
The new Seth Rogen/Zac Efron comedy Neighbors invades theaters on May 9, 2014 with a soundtrack featuring Flo Rida, Missy Elliot, Ke$ha, and Fergie, and on April 29th Atlantic Records is releasing the Neighbors (Original Motion Picture Soundtrack) digitally in support of the comedy’s theatrical release.
