Dr. Ephraim Goodweather’s going undercover and he looks a lot like Corey Stoll in The Strain season two’s fifth episode. Stoll’s been sporting a hairpiece throughout season one and the first four episodes of the critically acclaimed FX series, but with episode five titled “Quick and Painless” Stoll’s Eph shaves off the hair as part of a disguise.
The change in Eph’s hair will likely be permanent as the character needs to blend in using multiple disguises moving forward. Stoll’s new look will debut on August 9, 2015 at 10pm ET/PT.
The “Quick and Painless” Plot: “Eph changes his appearance to leave the city while Nora is left as the reluctant parent for Zack. Dutch and Nora make a deal with Justine to secure Fet’s release from jail.”
