The creators of Evil, The Good Wife, and Elsbeth reunite with Evil star Mike Colter for something much less supernatural, Cupertino. The new legal drama, premiering on CBS on October 8, 2026 at 10pm ET/PT, focuses on a new law firm determined to fight for the underdogs.
Mike Colter stars as Michael Price, Rachel Keller (Tokyo Vice) plays Olivia Siffre, Ella Stiller (The Comeback) is Christy Palladino, and Nik Dodani (Twister) plays Vikram Malhotra. The season one cast also includes Busy Philipps (Girls5eva) as Natalia Boutella and Renée Elise Goldsberry (A House of Dynamite) as Nichole E. Ferebee. Joe Morton (Going Dutch) and Steven Pasquale (The Four Seasons) guest star in episode one, “Michael & Olivia.”
Series creators Robert King and Michelle King write and serve as executive producers. Additional executive producers include Liz Glotzer and Sam Hoffman.
CBS offers this description of the Kings’ new series:
“Cupertino is a David vs. Goliath legal drama set in the heart of Silicon Valley that follows a lawyer (Colter) who is being cheated out of his stock options by his former employer, a tech start-up. Refusing to back down, he joins forces with another recently fired attorney (Keller) to represent those taken advantage of by the tech elite and help them fight back in a high-stakes battle against the Goliaths controlling Silicon Valley.”
New episodes air Thursdays at 10pm ET/PT, following Elsbeth starring Carrie Preston.
