Fox’s Gotham season four episode 10 found unlikely allies going up against Penguin. It also featured a very disturbing scene in which Penguin appeared to sacrifice his young orphan friend, Martin. Fortunately, the kid’s death was staged and The Penguin didn’t actually toss away his last scrap of humanity. Even with the fake death, Penguin definitely took another step toward the dark side.
Episode 10 also featured Jim Gordon and Lucius Fox working together to discover Professor Pyg’s true identity. It turns out the man who’s obsessed with swine is actually serial killer Lazlo Valentine. Unfortunately, Lazlo escaped from Arkham and is now back on the loose.
Jim was also busy dealing with the Penguin and Sofia situation, and a deal was struck to send Sofia away to safety. Barbara and her gang complicated that plan which led to the whole fake killing of Martin thing. In the upcoming season four fall finale, it appears Penguin is once again set on going to war with the GCPD.
Up next, season four episode 11 titled “Queen Takes Knight” airing December 7, 2017. The episode’s guest cast includes Michael Cerveris as Professor Pyg, Cameron Monaghan as Jerome, John Doman as Carmine Falcone, and Anthony Carrigan as Zsasz.

The “A Dark Knight: Queen Takes Knight” Plot: Things get complicated for Gordon, Sophia and Penguin when Carmine Falcone (guest star John Doman) comes to town. Alfred tries to get through to Bruce once and for all, while Nygma struggles to gain control over The Riddler persona and Tabitha attempts to make Grundy remember his past. Meanwhile, a familiar smile resurfaces in Gotham.
