Grimsburg Reunites Mad Men’s Jon Hamm and Christina Hendricks

Season one of Fox’s newest animated series Grimsburg has collected a bevy of funny guest stars. Christina Hendricks voices Anna, Amy Sedaris guest stars as Lil’ Betsy, Patton Oswalt lends his voice to Slasher, and Rosie Perez guests as Detective Martina Martinez.

Additional season one guest stars include Kaniehtiio Horn as Wynona Whitecloud, Wendi Mclendon-Covey as Chief Stamos, and Jaime Camil as Mayor Dilquez.

Jon Hamm, currently killing it as a corrupt sheriff on Fargo, leads the cast as Detective Marvin Flute. Hamm is also involved as an executive producer. Season one regulars include Erinn Hayes as Harmony Flute, Rachel Dratch as Stan Flute, Alan Tudyk as Dr. Rufis Pentos and Mr. Flesh, Kevin Michael Richardson as Detective Greg Summers, and Greg Chun as Lieutenant John Kang.

Per Fox: “Grimsburg centers on Marvin Flute (Hamm) who may be the greatest detective ever to catch a cannibal clown and correctly identify a mid-century modern armoire. But there’s one mystery he still can’t crack — himself. To do that he must return to Grimsburg, a town where everyone has a secret or three, and redeem himself in the eyes of his fellow detectives, his ferocious ex-wife and his lovably unstable son.”

Catlan McClelland and Matthew Schlissel created the series and co-executive produce. Showrunner Chadd Gindin executive produces along with Gail Berman, Hend Baghdady, and Connie Tavel. The series is produced by Bento Box Entertainment.

Grimsburg premieres on Sunday, January 7, 2024 after the NFL doubleheader. On February 18th, Grimsburg will make its timeslot debut at 9:30pm ET/PT.
