The CW’s Riverdale delivered a full-on musical episode with season two’s 18th episode in which the Riverdale students put on “Carrie The Musical.” Amid all the singing and dancing, storylines were advanced and Archie actually stood up to Hiram. For once, Archie chose being loyal to his dad over working for Veronica’s dad.
Up next, season two episode 19 titled “Prisoners.” The episode was directed by Jennifer Phang from a script by Cristine Chambers and will air on April 25, 2018.

The “Chapter Thirty-Two: Prisoners” Plot: THE BEGINNING OF THE END — After an incident at Riverdale High leaves the town on edge, Archie (Apa) leads the charge to uncover the culprit. Meanwhile, the reveal of a devastating secret leads to a violent showdown between Chic (guest star Hart Denton), Jughead (Sprouse), Betty (Reinhart) and Alice (Amick). Elsewhere, Veronica (Mendes) takes matters into her own hands when someone from her past comes to town seeking revenge. Finally, Hermoine (Nichols) and Cheryl (Petsch) conspire to take down Sheriff Keller (guest star Martin Cummins).
