The CW’s released a two and a half minute extended trailer for season three of The 100 that’s going to make it very tough for fans of the series to wait patiently for the new season to premiere on January 21, 2016. Judging solely by the trailer, season three is going to be just as epic as season two.
Created by Jason Rothenberg, the cast includes Eliza Taylor, Isaiah Washington, Ricky Whittle, Bob Morley, and Marie Avgeropoulos.
Discussing her character, Clarke, during the 2015 San Diego Comic-Con, Eliza Taylor shared this bit of info on what fans can expect from season three: “I can definitely guarantee that she’s losing her mind a little bit. We’re starting season three three months after the season finale. So, she’s been on her own for quite some time which I’m really excited to play. It’s going to get weird. It was very un-Clarke-like to just abandon her people like that. So, I don’t know how long it’s going to take for her to go back to them. I hope she does though. I really do.”
