The CW’s The 100 season six episode seven confirmed Clarke is still alive inside her body which has been taken over by Josie. The two battled it out for control until Clarke became convinced her death was the best thing that could happen for her friends as it meant they would be provided with their own place to live on Sanctum.
Fortunately, Monty – yes, Monty! – put in an appearance inside Clarke’s head and talked her out of surrendering. The episode ended with Clarke tapping her fingers (even with Josie still in control) in Morse Code to let Bellamy knows she’s alive.
