Paramount+’s teaser for Yellowjackets season four—the final season—shows the survivors being questioned about what happened after the plane crash. The nearly two-minute teaser also captures their chilling realization that they were never supposed to leave. Creepy, for sure.
Emmy nominee Melanie Lynskey (Castle Rock), Emmy nominee Christina Ricci (Z: The Beginning of Everything), Tawny Cypress (Unforgettable), Sophie Nélisse (The Book Thief), Jasmin Savoy Brown (The Leftovers), Sophie Thatcher (Heretic), and Samantha Hanratty (Shameless) return to star in the final season. The cast also includes Courtney Eaton (Mad Max: Fury Road), Liv Hewson (Santa Clarita Diet), Warren Kole (Shades of Blue), Kevin Alves (Locke & Key), Sarah Desjardins (The Night Agent), Nia Sondaya (Heart Shot), Jenna Burgess (Lies Between Friends), and two-time Oscar winner Hilary Swank (Million Dollar Baby).
June Squibb, Elijah Wood, Molly Ringwald, Devon Sawa, Sam Braun, and Dulé Hill appear in guest starring roles.
The final season will premiere on Friday, November 20, 2026.

“Yellowjackets is the saga of a team of wildly talented high school girls soccer players who become the (un)lucky survivors of a plane crash deep in the remote northern wilderness,” reads Paramount+’s synopsis. “Equal parts survival epic, psychological horror story and coming-of-age drama, the series chronicles their descent from a complicated but thriving team to savage clans, while also tracking the lives they’ve attempted to piece back together nearly 25 years later, proving that the past is never really past and what began out in the wilderness is far from over.”
Ashley Lyle and Bart Nickerson created the series, serve as showrunners, and executive produce. Additional executive producers include Drew Comins, Jonathan Lisco, Jeff W. Byrd, Sarah L. Thompson, Ameni Rozsa, and Julia Bicknell.
