‘Tracker’ Season 2 Episode 9 Details: Photos, Trailer and Air Date

CBS’s Tracker season two returns from its lengthy winter break with an episode that dives back into the unsolved case of Gina Picket. Brent Sexton continues his guest starring role as a retired cop named Keaton who’s helping Colter with the case in episode nine, “The Disciple.” Directed by Bethany Rooney from a script by Sharon Lee Watson and Amanda Mortlock, episode nine will air on February 16, 2025 at 8pm ET/PT.

Justin Hartley leads the cast as Colter Shaw, Fiona Rene stars as Reenie, Abby McEnany plays Velma, and Eric Graise is Bobby.

“The Disciple” Plot: A new lead in Colter’s white whale case, the disappearance of Gina Picket, brings him and retired cop Keaton (guest star Brent Sexton) back together to track down a serial killer. Ryan Dorsey and Nicholas Lea also guest star.

Avast ye matey, CBS’s NCIS: Sydney season two episode two finds the team dealing with a pirate-themed wedding. Directed by Jennifer Leacey from a script by Andrew Anastasios, episode two – “Fire in the Hole” – will air on Friday, February 14, 2025 at 8pm ET/PT.

Season two stars Olivia Swann as NCIS Special Agent Michelle Mackey, Todd Lasance as AFP Sergeant Jim “JD” Dempsey, Sean Sagar as NCIS Special Agent DeShawn Jackson, and Tuuli Narkle as AFP Constable Evie Cooper. “Fire in the Hole” Plot: When a young girl finds the body of a former U.S. Navy officer floating in the harbor, the team is led to an 18th-century sailing ship hosting a pirate-themed wedding, where DeShawn and Evie go undercover to investigate. Meanwhile, Mackey and JD are pulled in to prevent a potential tragedy on the harbor that could rip the U.S.-Australia alliance apart.

‘How to Train Your Dragon’ Super Bowl Spot Teases Epic Battles

The super short How to Train Your Dragon Super Bowl spot shows a little more of Toothless and his human buddy Hiccup in action. The 20-second teaser provides a brief glimpse at Hiccup and Toothless in the air and preparing for battle.

Mason Thames (The Black Phone) stars as Hiccup, Nico Parker (The Last of Us) plays Astrid, Nick Frost (Truth Seekers) is Gobber, and Gerard Butler reprises his role as Chief Stoick the Vast from the animated films for the live-action adaptation. Julian Dennison (Deadpool 2), Gabriel Howell (Bodies), Bronwyn James (Wicked), Harry Trevaldwyn (Smothered), Ruth Codd (The Midnight Club), Peter Serafinowicz (Guardians of the Galaxy), and Murray McArthur (Game of Thrones) also star.

The original animated film’s Dean DeBlois writes, directs, and produces the reimagining. Marc Platt and Adam Siegel also serve as producers.

How to Train Your Dragon opens in theaters on June 13, 2025.

DreamWorks offers this synopsis of the live-action version of the animated blockbuster: “On the rugged isle of Berk, where Vikings and dragons have been bitter enemies for generations, Hiccup (Thames) stands apart. NBC’s The Irrational season two episode 13 centers on a gorgeous horse named Zeus involved in a tragic accident. This exclusive clip teases that not everything about the accident is as it seems. Phoebe, Alec, and Seb (guest star Jack Schumacher) suspect much more is going on than meets the eye.

Thunderbolts* Drops a New Trailer During the Super Bowl

Red Guardian is sure this team of misfits, who absolutely don’t want to be known as the Thunderbolts, is worthy of a Wheaties box. So, of course, the new poster for Marvel Studios’ Thunderbolts* looks like a Wheaties box.

The much-anticipated action comedy debuted a new trailer during the 2025 Super Bowl won by the Philadelphia Eagles.

The comic book-inspired film stars Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster, Hannah John-Kamen as Ghost, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine. Newbies to the MCU include Lewis Pullman, Geraldine Viswanathan, Chris Bauer, and Wendell Edward Pierce.

“In Thunderbolts*, Marvel Studios assembles an unconventional team of antiheroes — Yelena Belova, Bucky Barnes, Red Guardian, Ghost, Taskmaster and John Walker. After finding themselves ensnared in a death trap set by Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, these disillusioned castoffs must embark on a dangerous mission that will force them to confront the darkest corners of their pasts,” reads Marvel’s synopsis. “Will this dysfunctional group tear themselves apart or find redemption and unite as something much more before it’s too late?”

Jake Schreier (Beef) directs and Kevin Feige serves as a producer. Executive producers include Louis D’Esposito, Brian Chapek, and Jason Tamez. Oscar-nominated Son Lux (Everything Everywhere All at Once) will write the score.

Thunderbolts* opens in theaters on May 2, 2025.

‘Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning’ Super Bowl Spot

Paramount Pictures dropped a new teaser for Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning during the 2025 Super Bowl. The short but action-packed Big Game spot shows lots of clips of Tom Cruise running and hanging from planes, and ends with Cruise as Ethan Hunt asking to be trusted “one last time.”

In addition to franchise star Tom Cruise, the eighth film of the series stars Hayley Atwell, Ving Rhames, Simon Pegg, Vanessa Kirby, Esai Morales, and Pom Klementieff. Mariela Garriga, Henry Czerny, Holt McCallany, Janet McTeer, and Nick Offerman also star.

Rounding out the cast are Hannah Waddingham, Angela Bassett, Shea Whigham, Greg Tarzan Davis, Charles Parnell, and Frederick Schmidt.

MI – The Final Reckoning picks up after the events of Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. Paramount’s simple synopsis reads: “Our lives are the sum of our choices.”

Christopher McQuarrie directs and co-wrote the screenplay with Erik Jendresen. Cruise and McQuarrie serve as producers, with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, Don Granger, and Chris Brock executive producing.

Paramount Pictures and Skydance have set a May 23, 2025 theatrical release.
