Hayden Panettiere “I Can Do It Alone” Music Video

Best known for her starring role in the now-canceled TV series Heroes, Hayden Panettiere’s keeping busy not only acting but singing. In this music video supplied by The Weinstein Company, Panettiere sings one of the songs featured in the animated comedy Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs Evil.

Hayden Panettiere also lends her voice to an animated character in the film. Glenn Close, Joan Cusack, Bill Hader, Amy Poehler, David Ogden Stiers, David Alan Grier, Andy Dick, Brad Garrett, Martin Short, Patrick Warburton, Cheech Marin, and Tommy Chong also star.

The Hoodwinked Too! Hood vs Evil Plot: The sequel finds our heroine, Red (Panettiere), training with a mysterious covert group called the Sisters of the Hood. But Red is forced to cut her training short when she gets an urgent call from Nicky Flippers (Stiers), who returns as head of the super-secret Happily Ever After Agency, aka the HEA. A wicked witch (Cusack) has abducted two innocent children, Hansel (Hader) and Gretel (Poehler), and Nicky needs Red for the search-and-rescue mission.

Of course, what is a sequel without guest stars from the original? Thankfully, Granny (Close) and the rest of the HOODWINKED gang—including the ever-clueless Wolf (Warburton) and his over-caffeinated little partner, Twitchy (Cory Edwards), join Red to solve the forest’s latest caper.

Steven Soderbergh delves into the world of lethal viruses with the thriller Contagion. The PG-13 drama will open in theaters on September 9, 2011.

Matt Damon stars as Mitch Emhoff, Gwyneth Paltrow is Beth Emhoff, Marion Cotillard is Dr Leonora Orantes, Kate Winslet is Dr Erin Mears, Jude Law is Alan Krumwiede, and Laurence Fishburne is Dr Ellis Cheever. Chui Tien You plays Li Fai, Daria Strokous is Irina, Griffin Kane is Clark Morrow, John Hawkes is Roger, Grace Rex is Carrie Anne, Armin Rohde is Damian Leopold, and Larry Clarke is Dave.

The cast also includes Jennifer Ehle as Dr Ally Hextall, Demetri Martin is Dr David Eisenberg, and Elliott Gould is Dr Ian Sussman.

Official Synopsis: Contagion follows the rapid progress of a lethal airborne virus that kills within days. As the fast-moving epidemic grows, the worldwide medical community races to find a cure and control the panic that spreads faster than the virus itself. At the same time, ordinary people struggle to survive in a society coming apart.

Paul W. S. Anderson directs a new take on the classic story The Three Musketeers, opening in theaters on October 21, 2011. The new version of the action-adventure is rated PG-13 and stars Luke Evans as Aramis, Matthew Macfadyen as Athos, and Ray Stevenson as Porthos.

The cast also includes Logan Lerman as D’Artagnan, Milla Jovovich as Milady de Winter, Orlando Bloom as Duke of Buckingham, and Christoph Waltz as Cardinal Richelieu. Juno Temple plays Queen Anne, Gabriella Wilde is Constance, James Corden is Planchet, Freddie Fox is King Louis, and Til Schweiger is Cagliostro.

Official Synopsis: The hot-headed young D’Artagnan (Logan Lerman) joins forces with three rogue Musketeers (Matthew Macfadyen, Luke Evans and Ray Stevenson) in this reboot of Alexandre Dumas’ story. They must stop the evil Richlieu (Christoph Waltz) and face off with Buckingham (Orlando Bloom) and the treacherous Milady (Milla Jovovich).

‘Footloose’ (2011) Trailer, Photos and Cast

Kevin Bacon earned a huge following of fans after dancing his way through Footloose back in 1984. And with the 2011 remake, newcomer Kenny Wormald has huge dancing shoes to fill.

Kenny Wormald leads the cast as Ren MacCormack and Julianne Hough plays Ariel Moore. Dennis Quaid stars as Reverend Shaw, Miles Teller is Willard, and Ziah Colon is Rusty.

The PG-13 dance film opens in theaters on October 14, 2011.

Official Synopsis: Ren MacCormack (Kenny Wormald) is transplanted from Boston to the small southern town of Bomont where he experiences a heavy dose of culture shock. A few years prior, the community was rocked by a tragic accident that killed five teenagers after a night out and Bomont’s local councilmen and the beloved Reverend Shaw Moore (Dennis Quaid) responded by implementing ordinances that prohibit loud music and dancing.

Not one to bow to the status quo, Ren challenges the ban, revitalizing the town and falling in love with the minister’s troubled daughter Ariel (Julianne Hough) in the process.

Paul Rudd and Jennifer Aniston lead the cast of the 2012 comedy, Wanderlust. Directed by David Wain, the R-rated film is heading to theaters on February 24th.

In addition to Jennifer Aniston as Linda and Paul Rudd as George, Justin Theroux stars as Seth, Ken Marino is Rick, Malin Akerman is Eva, and Lauren Ambrose is Almond. Joe Lo Truglio plays Wayne, Kerri Kenney is Kathy, Kathryn Hahn is Karen, Jordan Peele is Rodney, Linda Lavin is Shari, and Alan Alda plays Carvin.

Official Synopsis: George (Paul Rudd) and Linda (Jennifer Aniston) are an overextended, stressed-out Manhattan couple. After George is downsized out of his job, they find themselves with only one option: to move in with George’s awful brother in Atlanta.

On the way there, George and Linda stumble upon Elysium, an idyllic community populated by colorful characters who embrace a different way of looking at things. Money? It can’t buy happiness. Careers? Who needs them? Clothes? Only if you want them.

Daniel Craig, Naomi Watts, and Rachel Weisz star in the dramatic thriller Dream House. Directed by Jim Sheridan, the PG-13 film heads to theaters on September 30, 2011.

Official Synopsis: The film tells the story of a successful publisher (Craig) who quits a job in New York City to relocate his wife (Weisz) and two daughters to a quaint New England town. But as they settle into their new life, they discover their perfect home was the murder scene of a mother and her two children. And the entire city believes it was at the hands of the husband who survived.

When Will investigates the tragedy, his only lead comes from a neighbor (Watts) who was close to the family that died. As Will and Ann piece together the disturbing puzzle, they discover that the story of the last man to leave Will’s dream house will be just as horrifying to the one who came next.

Anna Faris is adorable, but she hasn’t exactly been lighting the box office on fire recently. Will that change with What’s Your Number?

Faris stars as Ally Darling, Chris Evans plays Colin Shea, Ari Graynor is Daisy Darling, Blythe Danner is Ava Darling, Mike Vogel is Dave Hansen, and Andy Samberg is Gerry Perry. The cast also includes Zachary Quinto is Rick, Chris Pratt is Donald, Ed Begley Jr is Mr Darling, Oliver Jackson-Cohen is Eddie Vogel, Heather Burns is Eileen, and Eliza Coupe is Sheila.

Directed by Mark Mylod, the R-rated romantic comedy opens on September 30, 2011.

Director Roland Emmerich (2012) takes a break from big epic action films with Anonymous. The PG-13-rated drama is set to open in theaters on October 28, 2011.

Rhys Ifans star as Earl of Oxford, Jamie Campbell Bower is Young Earl of Oxford, Vanessa Redgrave is Queen Elizabeth I, Joely Richardson is Young Queen Elizabeth I, Rafe Spall plays William Shakespeare, David Thewlis is William Cecil, and Xavier Samuel is Earl of Southampton. Sebastian Armesto stars as Ben Johnson, Edward Hogg is Robert Cecil, Sebastian Reid is Earl of Essex, Paolo De Vita is Francesco, Trystan Gravelle is Christopher Marlowe, Robert Emms is Thomas Dekker, and Tony Way is Thomas Nashe. Derek Jacobi narrates the prologue.

Official Synopsis: Set in the political snake-pit of Elizabethan England, Anonymous speculates on an issue that has for centuries intrigued academics and brilliant minds ranging from Mark Twain and Charles Dickens to Henry James and Sigmund Freud, namely: who was the author of the plays credited to William Shakespeare? Experts have debated, books have been written, and scholars have devoted their lives to protecting or debunking theories surrounding the authorship of the most renowned works in English literature.

Anonymous poses one possible answer, focusing on a time when cloak-and-dagger political intrigue, illicit romances in the Royal Court, and the schemes of greedy nobles hungry for the power of the throne were exposed in the most unlikely of places: the London stage.





‘Abduction’ Preview: Trailer, Plot, and Cast

Will fans of Twilight‘s hunky werewolf Taylor Lautner follow him to another action film that doesn’t feature sparkling vampires? Lionsgate’s hoping Abduction will draw in Twihards as well as fans of action films.

In addition to Taylor Lautner, the PG-13 action thriller stars Lily Collins as Karen, Alfred Molina as Burton, Jason Isaacs as Kevin, and Maria Bello as Mara. Sigourney Weaver stars as Dr Bennett, Denzel Whitaker is Gilly, and Michael Nyqvist plays Kozlow.

Directed by John Singleton, Abduction will open in theaters on September 23, 2011.

Official Synopsis: For as long as he can remember, Nathan Harper (Taylor Lautner) has had the uneasy feeling that he’s living someone else’s life. When he stumbles upon an image of himself as a little boy on a missing persons website, all of Nathan’s darkest fears come true: he realizes his parents are not his own and his life is a lie, carefully fabricated to hide something more mysterious and dangerous than he could have ever imagined.
